All orders may take up to 1-2 weeks to arrive. Many orders arrive sooner, it depends on the immediate availability of what you ordered. Currently we do not offer expedited shipping.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Please also note that the shipping rates are flat rate, currently based on weight of the items purchased. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. If a larger sized flat rate shipping method is required we will invoice you the shipping difference. (This is very common on international orders) 

We are not responsible for lost/stolen or damaged items. You will need to refer to the carrier and advise of the issue and place the appropriate claim. Once the items leave our facilities and the carrier states delivered it is no longer within our policy to replace anything lost/stolen or damaged. We will do everything in our power to assist you and we guarantee satisfaction from a small business standpoint.

Holidays also will increase shipping time.

We strive to uphold the highest quality and stands by that quality. Occasionally manufacturing defects can slip through the process and make it into your hands even with our strict quality control. If this has happened, we want to know about it. We do our best to remedy the situation by repairing or replacing the item if deemed a manufacturing defect.
